WB Performance - For the commited athlete...we start from scratch and build from the bottom up to maximize your attainable fitness for peak performance in your top priority event(s) for the season. This coaching option is flexible and tailored to meet the needs of the individual. The Performance Coaching option offers unlimited access to Coach John. A three month initial commitment is required. Thereafter, payment is due at the beginning of the month and the athlete may discontinue at any time. $250 for four weeks. (SEE FULL DESCRIPTION BELOW)
WB OnLine – For the athletes who desires a personal coach and consistent training feedback. Receive detailed and methodical training schedules, high level coaching feedback and input throughout your racing season for about the price of a daily coffee and danish. This service is available on a month-to-month basis with workouts delivered daily via email. An initial three month commitment is recommended. $150 for four weeks. (SEE FULL DESCRIPTION BELOW)
Quarterly Coaching Plan – $195 (12 weeks; that's $16.25 per week): This coaching option is best suited for disciplined and self-motivated athletes who self-coach or have some past training experience. The QCPlan is a complete, periodized 12 week training plan that I write for each individual athlete based on our interaction regarding your training/racing goals. Once your QCPlan is written, it's delivered in the form of an easy to use computer training log (excel spreadsheet) that charts your training volume and daily activities. (SEE FULL DESCRIPTION BELOW)
ALL OPTIONS begin with the athlete completing an assessment questionnaire, followed by an in-person or telephone consultation to assess past training methods and results, discuss your current health status (past injuries or existing conditions), create season goals & expectations, and review baseline & periodic testing protocols.
QCPlans include the following:
· Key Weekly Workouts, Brick Workouts
· Goal Race Taper Planning
· Standard Periodization Schedule (3 week progression / 1 week adaptation)
· Goal Specific Coaching (ie, leading to a specific event or fitness level)
· Kick-off consultation (in-person or telephone) to discuss your QCPlan
