Chrysalis Camp ~ Everything the Beginner Triathletes needs to know!
Emerge from this one-day interactive triathlon training camp with confidence and a sound understanding of the sport. You'll learn new skills for all three disciplines in an open, friendly and supportive environment. We'll cover the fundamentals of endurance sport training and help you create your own powerful mental toolkit to propel you to a strong finish on race day. At Chrysalis Camp we focus on increasing your tri-IQ and accelerating your TLC (triathlon learning curve). We wrap-up with a Q&A Session to ensure that 'your' key issues have been addressed.
